                                                                         RETURN POLICY

MEI Retail Solutions offers a 30 day return policy on merchandise, excluding EAS Detachers and Deactivators. Deactivators and Detachers determined by MEI to be faulty as a result of Manufacturers defect with be accepted and be issued store credit. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs of returned items. Returned merchandise must be received in its original condition. Contact Customer Support to arrange a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).. RMAs will not be issues more than 30 days from the original date of purchase. All RMA numbers must be clearly indicated on all sides of the returned packaging. Failure to clearly label returned item sas required will result in the refusal of the return. Shipping, installation and services charges are not return eligible for returns or refunds.

                                                                      WARRANTY POLICY

MEI Retail Solutions provides a 30 day compatibility guarantee on all products sold. We guarantee our EAS Solutions to be 100% compatible with all manufacturers AM and RF technology including Sensormatic and Checkpoint.
EAS Systems including AM and RF include a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects.
EAS Detachers, Deactivators, Tags and Labels include a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects.
CCTV DVRs, NVRs, and Cameras include a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects.

MEI will determine the warranty resolution once a ticket has been opened. Resolution can include and is not limited to merchandise exchange (ME) , field service (FS), factory refurbishment (FR). Customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment for merchandise exchange and factory refurbishment. If the issue is determined to be a Manufacturer’s Defect, MEI Retail Solutions will pay for shipping of the replacement merchandise. Field Service requires the customer to provide payment in advance for a standard service call. If the issue is decided to be Manufacturer’s defect the customer will be fully refunded the service charge within 10 business days.
